Job Title: Manager- Specification

Reports to: Head -BU

Location: Delhi-NCR

The Specification – Manager is under Marketing Function working under Business Head. His/her role is to specified product to Architect and get approval from Government projects as well as normal Projects..

» Duties and Responsibilities

Business Generation through Architectural base, Builder base/ Contractor base, Applicator base, Dealer & Distributor base.
Scheduling meeting with clients for new business.
Business generation should include different sectors like Industrial, Institutional, Hospitality/ Medical/ Pharma/ Infrastructural/ Housing
Specify product to Architect, Builder and Applicator & Distributor.

» Education

Civil Diploma/B.Tech / BSc.

» Experience

5-10 years’ experience in construction chemical industry.

» Competencies Required

» Functional Skills

Good exposure to technical sales & problem solving
Knowledge of Tax structures, Quotation & order processing
Appointing Dealers & Distributors
Handling project Sales/Key Account
Knowledge of other Construction Chemicals products can be an added advantage
Should be able to handle a team.
