Fibpoxy BEC is a two component Bitumen Epoxy coating, where bitumen is made compatible to epoxy to achieve some specific properties like very low water absorption and good weather resistance.

ADVANTAGE

  • Fibpoxy – BEC is manufactured and packed in two separate components in a convenient ratio of 4:1 by weight eliminating the need of weighment at site during mixing.
  • It cures to a hard smooth surface and possesses good resistance to the effect of water immersion, salt water, oil, acids, alkalis, crude oil, minerals etc.
  • The cured Fibpoxy BEC coating is flexible and affords excellent resistance to impact, thermal shock and abrasion.
  • Bitumen epoxy coating is being more popular due to its less cancer ogenic-potential than coal tar epoxy
