We are looking for dynamic and target-driven Sales Executives for our Retail Division, specializing in channel sales of waterproofing products. The role involves developing and managing dealer/distributor relationships, expanding market presence, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
» Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the channel network in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell waterproofing products through effective product presentations and demonstrations.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to recommend strategies.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure product visibility and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional activities, campaigns, and dealer meets.
Prepare and submit timely sales reports and market feedback.
» Education
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA preferred).
» Experience
Minimum 3+ years in channel sales (retail building materials or construction products preferred).
Prior experience in waterproofing products

Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
